Be The Light

How are we to be the light in the darkness? How are we to be strong when we are so overrun by our emotions? How do we overcome the plans of the wicked? Today we discuss how to combat the enemy on a level that challenges us to take a step closer to the Lord.

Unrequited Benevolent Love

Love is an act of mercy, it is a form of forgiveness that enables your prayers to be heard and to begin to release my children from the strongholds of the enemy. We should love one another to show the glory of God. To break the hearts of the enemy. Stephen blessed as they stoned- and Saul turned to see me. No sin is truly greater than another that is why love is needed to encourage repentance. For it is my way, to create a load without burden and a trial necessary to call upon me and my strengthen your weakness. Love is a gift. If I can love you, then why can’t you love them? Ask for me and my help. I want to show you how. For it is I who wants, yearns to draw you near. For it is I who longs for my children. Love. Love one another and ask for others to love too. For through Jesus - Love is a weapon forged against sin.

References & Scripture

1 JOHN 2: 5-8

But those who obey God’s word truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in  him. Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did.
Dear friends, I am not writing a new commandment for you; rather it is an old one you have had from the very beginning. This old commandment—to love one another—is the same message you heard before. Yet it is also new. Jesus lived the truth of this commandment, and you also are living it. For the darkness is disappearing, and the true light is already shining. (NLT)

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, (NKJV)

ROMANS 12: 19-21

Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. On the contrary: “If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. (NIV)

MATTHEW 5: 43-48

“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. (NKJV)

I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn back, turn back from your evil ways, for why will you die, O house of Israel? (NKJV)

1 JOHN 4: 9-11

God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other. (NLT)
